30-Day Return Window

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Returns initiated after 30 days cannot be processed.

• Original Packaging: All items must be in original packaging
• Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must remain attached
• No Signs of Wear: No visible wear, damage, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

• Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Personalized or custom items
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Sale items under $10
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Support

Email our customer support team at support@novastore.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Step 2: Receive Return Label

We will send you a return label via email within 24 business hours (prepaid label for defective items only).

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Package your items securely and attach the return label. Keep your tracking number for records.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Credit Card

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact support@novastore.com. Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email support@novastore.com within 7 days with photos. We will send a free replacement with a prepaid return label.

Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item.

Defective Items: We provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free.

Late or Missing Refunds
